Hello Reader, Your first edition of Gift Wrapping Made Easy™ is here! Every couple of weeks, I'll share a practical idea, simple technique, or finishing touch to help you wrap gifts with more confidence and a little extra creativity, along with a few behind-the-scenes stories from Wrapping HQ (including the bloopers 😂). Rather than hiding the reverse side, I folded it over the top of this handmade gift bag so the contrasting design becomes part of the finished look. Sometimes it's the smallest details that make the biggest difference. If you'd like to have a go yourself, here are a few tips:
One of the things I love most about gift wrapping is experimenting. A simple change like folding the paper instead of hiding it gives the whole gift bag a more considered, polished look... and it's such an easy technique to recreate.
